وصلت لي رسالة بعد قمت بالاستفسار حول المدة الدراسة الدكتوراه لان المكتب الكندي CBIE
بعت لى الدعم المالى للدكتوراه 36 شهر شوفوا شنى رد عليه اي حد عند توضيح او معلومه يفدونا والله 48 شهر غير كافيه مش يعطونا 36 شهر لان واخد منحه سابقه 2004 واشتعلت 5 سنوات قبل القرار هذا الان 2013

Thank you for your email. Please note that I issued your FSL with 36 months because you were sponsored for your master’s degree in #######by the Libyan Ministry of Higher Education.
We have been informed by the ministry that when a student is sponsored for a previous degree they get an extension to their original scholarship for a shorter period of time. Your current scholarship is an extension to your first original scholarship to ###### and therefore it is for 36 months not 48.
