Thank you for your email, and interest in the University of Manitoba.
In regards to the English Language Proficiency Test, when completing the application there is a section for the intended test and date of test, where a future date of test can be inputted. If you are planning on taking a test after applying you can enter that date along with results not yet known, However you should be aware that generally a final decision on your application would not be reached until your scores are provided.
If an applicant has been accepted or are registered in the Advanced Level 5: Academic English Program for University and College Entrance (AEPUCE) through the University of Manitoba English Language Center, it may be possible to receive conditional
Please be advised that the applicant would need to provide proof of acceptance or enrollment to the Graduate Studies Admissions Department.
They would also need to be applying to Graduate Studies for a term after they would have completed their English Language study
