I donot have an Arabic Keyboard as of now.

I think 99% from the students who is studying in Canada and get supported from Libya applied for permanent resident.
 Because it is not hard to get and they can apply for it.

I know some people here they are using the Libyan sense. so they wont tell you they have a permanent resident.
