2. When the student is accepted into an English program, LCI will mail them a SEVIS I-20 within 24 hours.
3. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security requires F1 (student visa) applicants to pay a $200 fee for the SEVIS I-20. The student must pay this before your visa interview. You can do so on-line at https://www.fmjfee.com/index.jhtml . The student may print out a temporary receipt online, but they will also receive an official one in the mail, which they will need to take with them to their visa interview.
4. The students make an appointment at the embassy or consulate in your country for a visa interview. They should apply as early as possible.
5. If the student is approved, they will receive a student visa after this interview.
6. The student pays for the rest of the tuition and other fees after getting the visa and at least two weeks before the class starts.]]

Refund Policy
A full refund less non-refundable deposit and courier fees will be made if cancellation or no show prior to course start date. Refund will be issued within thirty (30) days of the first class or LDA (last date of attendance).
First session - Four weeks or less: No refund will be made for students who register for four weeks or less and then withdraw within the session.
First session – Greater than Four weeks: For students who withdraw at any point in the first four weeks, LCI will retain the charges applicable to the first four weeks. If a student withdraws after the first four weeks but before or at midpoint of the session LCI will retain the prorated amount of tuition. If a student withdraws after midpoint LCI will retain all the charges for that session.
Private classes may be rescheduled with at least 24 hrs advance notice. Classes cancelled in less than 24 hrs will be charged.
HOMESTAY REFUND POLICY: If LCI English is unable to find suitable accommodations, we reserve the right to withdraw our offer to provide housing. All prepaid fees will be refunded.
If a student withdraws his/her application for housing prior to the specified date, all prepaid fees less a $150.00 non-refundable service charge will be returned. If student does not show up on arrival day without informing LCI and had requested airport pick-up, the $ 60.00 airport transfer will not be refunded.
I understand that LCI is only bound to provide services as described in the written literature and no oral representation made by agents or school staff is valid.
