فقط للتاكيد هذه هي نص الرسالة التي وصلت من السفارة الايرلندية بخصوص طلبات التاشيرة الخاصة بطلبة الدكتوراة وهي تحتوي على الاوراق المطلوبة للحصول على التاشيرة لطالب الدكتوراة ومرافقيه وهي
قبول اللغة
قبول الجامعة
رسالة الدعم المالي لغرض التاشيرة والتي يجب ان تحتوي على اسم مدرسة اللغة والقيمة المالية واسم الجامعة والقيمة المالية وكذلك التخصص الخاص بالدكتوراة التي سيدرسه الطالب. ادارة البعثات الدراسية قامت مؤخرا باصدار مثل هذه الرسائل ولكل طالب يريد ايرلندا يجب عليه ان يتحصل على مثل هذه الرسالة وليس الرسالة العامة التي تعطى لكل الطلبة

Subject: libyan PhD student visa applications Dear Dr ******
In
relation to the PhD Student visa applications, we have received several
applications sponsored by the Ministry of Higher Education &
Science Research however the Statement of Financial Support for Visa
does not specify the English language
college and the University where the applicant will be studying at.
The letter needs to state the name of the English School and the
University and the name of the PhD programme the applicant has enrolled
on.
The majority of the applications have not submitted a letter from the university in relation to their PhD course therefore we are unable to process the dependents of these applications because there is no evidence that they will be on a PhD Programme in Ireland.
In the past we did receive these letters but
recently the university letters have not been submitted with the
applications.
We would appreciate if you could ensure that Govt Sponsored students submit the following documentation with their applications:
· Statement of Financial Support from the Ministry of
Education & Scientific Research with the name of the English
Language School and the name of the university and PhD Programme the
applicant will pursue once they have completed
the English language course.
· A letter from the English Language school with full details of the course.
· A letter from the University giving full details of the PhD Programme the applicant has been accepted on.
I have also sent an email to the
Ministry of Education & Scientific Research in relation to the
Statement of Financial Support and the information which we require on
it.
